    Loan Application Confusion, Michael Daugherty

Michael Daugherty Dear Sirs: 1. Initially, I understood that I had signed the necessary documents electronically. 2. Last night,10/23/2020, I opened documents requiring my signature stating that loan terms expired if not returned to Quicken Loans by 10/19/2020. Offices were closed 3.As a part of the loan interview when I requested the APR, it was my understanding It would be "under 3%", instead of the listed 3.475%. 4. I was assured that taxes and insurance could be accounted for without an escrow, yet they are listed as requiring an escrow account. The loan officer was polite and professional as we moved through the application process and I can only praise his interview and personal skills. It is possible that either I, he, or we all misunderstood what was being questioned and how it was answered. I realize that my loan account is small, but it is crucial that the process be obvious to all of us in order for agreements to benefit all the people involved in them. I am simply reaching out to obtain help and gain an understanding of where we are and where we go from here. Beginning, impasse, or end? I don't know.
